SBS Scope of Works / Pre-fabricated external screen, balustrade and feature framing
Details / SBS Group was approached to analyse the project and create alternative construction methods to replace structural steel where possible.
SBS recommended pre-fabricating frames as full units with triangular feature framing included as part of the balustrades where practical – reducing the number of lifts and installs required for significant on site time and cost saving advantages. The system also enables direct fix of cladding with all framing shop detailed in house and engineered to 1507 certification.
Pre-Fabrication. The way forward for maximising productivity by reducing labour, associated costs and on site inefficiencies.
